Explore the Outdoors:

Blue Ridge is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Hike or bike on miles of scenic trails, including the Appalachian Trail and the Benton MacKaye Trail. Take a dip in Lake Blue Ridge, or go kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding on the Toccoa River. If you're feeling adventurous, try whitewater rafting on the Ocoee River. There are also a few horseback riding facilities nearby.

Visit the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway: 

Take a scenic train ride through the mountains on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. The train winds its way through forests, past waterfalls, and over trestles, offering stunning views of the countryside.

Go Apple Picking:

In the fall, enjoy the tradition of apple picking at Mercier Orchards, the largest orchard in the South. You can pick your own apples, visit the petting zoo, and enjoy hayrides and cider tastings.

Browse the Downtown Area: 

The charming downtown area of Blue Ridge is lined with unique shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Be sure to stop by the Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association to see local artwork, and grab a bite to eat at one of the many cafes or restaurants.

Go Wine or Beer Tasting: 

Sample the local wines at one of Blue Ridge's many wineries, such as Bear Claw Vineyards, Fannin Brewing Company, Roo, Cartecay Wine, Serenberry Vineyards, and Angry Hops Brewing.

Hike to a Waterfall: 

There are several beautiful waterfalls near Blue Ridge, including Long Creek Falls, Toccoa Falls, and Fall Branch Falls.

Go Fishing: 

The Blue Ridge/Ellijay area is known as the "Trout Capital of Georgia," so be sure to cast a line in one of the many trout streams in the area.

Visit the Expedition: Bigfoot Museum:

If you're interested in the legend of Bigfoot, this museum is a must-see. It features exhibits on Bigfoot sightings from around the world, as well as casts of footprints and other evidence.

If you want to order in, there is an app called Ridge Runner that you can use for delivery; otherwise, you’re limited to just Domino’s.
